Daniel “Dan” Comeau, 58, a resident of Haverhill, MA passed away on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 at Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, MA surrounded by his loving family. He was the beloved son of Elaine (Rheaume) Comeau and the late Lawrence “Larry” Comeau.

He was born in Haverhill, MA on July 2, 1967. Dan was raised and educated in Haverhill and was a graduate of Whittier Regional Vo-Tech High School, Class of 1985. Dan most recently was employed by the United States Postal Service. However, he was a skilled finish carpenter for the majority of his professional life. Dan enjoyed fishing, especially weekend trips with his father and son. He was an avid Bruins fan. He loved creating music, spending time outdoors camping, playing cards (45’s of course), playing darts for the Haverhill Dart League, and laughing with his family and friends.

Besides his mother, Dan is survived by his son Keagen Comeau of South Carolina, his sister Joanne Baroli of Oklahoma City, OK, his niece Kathryn Baroli of Oklahoma City, OK, and his cousin Jamie Deslauriers of Salem, NH. He also leaves behind aunts, his uncle and cousins, Normand Jr, Michelle, Rhonda, and JoAnna.

Dan is predeceased by his aunt Janice Roy and her husband John Roy, and his brother-in-law Michael Baroli.
