Haverhill, MA: Christopher J. Laubner, 30, a lifelong resident of Haverhill, died on June 22, 2014.

Born in Lawrence, and raised and educated in Haverhill, son of Dennis B. Laubner and LouAn (Giorgi) (Laubner) White, he graduated from Haverhill High School with the Class of 2001, where he was a member of the Varsity Football Team.

Chris worked as a house painter for J.P. Giorgi Painting and was a member of St. John the Baptist Church and the Haverhill Lodge of Elks. An avid fisherman, he also enjoyed cooking at home, and playing baseball, softball, and flag football. Chris was also an accomplished bowler and was a member of the 99 Restaurant team, which was the two-time champion of the League at Academy Lanes in Bradford.

He is survived by his father, Dennis B. Laubner of Haverhill, his mother and step-father, LouAn and Skip White of Sandown, NH, a brother, Dennis M. Laubner of Haverhill, a sister, Julianne B. Laubner of Woods Hole, MA, his maternal grandmother, Antoinette C. (Lubetich) Giorgi of East Kingston, NH, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends may call on Friday, June 27, 2014 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Route 121A, Plaistow, NH. His funeral service will be held on Friday at 7:15 p.m. in the funeral home.
