Cheryl G. (Langlais) Vincent, 79, passed away Monday, October 30, 2023. She was the beloved wife of Bruce C. Vincent who passed away on September 4, 2023.

She was born in Lynn, MA on March 9, 1944 and was the daughter of the late Henri and Elsia (Chadbourne) Langlais.

Cheryl was a graduate of Lynn High School, Class of 1961. After high school, Cheryl went directly into Nursing as a Registered Nurse.  After her children were born, she attended New England College, earning a bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology. Cheryl also attended Rivier College obtaining her master's degree in molecular biology, Excelsior College in New York receiving a bachelor's in nursing, and Boston College for a second master's, becoming a Nurse Practitioner in women's health. She later received her Doctor of Nursing at Regis College in 2011. Most recently, Cheryl was an associate professor of nursing at Salem State University, focusing on maternity nursing. Prior, she was a nursing professor at Northen Essex Community College. Cheryl enjoyed ceramics, running her own business from home. She loved dancing, painting and cake decorating.

She is survived by her children Wayne Vincent of Houston, Texas, Glen Vincent of Derry, NH and Denice Spaulding of Sandown, NH, her grandchildren Alex Vincent, Jonathan Vincent, Chantalle Vincent, Faith Vincent, Sedrik Spaulding, Kai Spaulding, Griffin Spaulding, her brothers George Langlais and Robert Langlais, her sister Janet, and many nieces, and in-laws.

Family and friends are invited to attend a period of visitation on Friday, November 3, 2023 from 10am - 11am. Her funeral service will follow at 11:15am in the chapel at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Atkinson Cemetery.
