Hampstead, NH: Cheryl Ann Belisle (DeBerardinis), 66, of Hampstead, died peacefully at her brother's home on Saturday, October 17, 2020.
Born in Malden, Massachusetts, she was the daughter of the late Alfred and June (Calnan) DeBerardinis. Cheryl grew up in Middleton, Massachusetts, and was a graduate of
Masconomet Regional High School, Class of 1972. She had become a talented silversmith and worked for many years at Mahri's in Newburyport, Massachusetts, making beautiful jewelry pieces. She also loved the outdoors and enjoyed activities like hiking, swimming, kayaking, snowshoeing and cross-country skiing. But most of all she loved spending her time with her family, who she cherished more than anything.
Cheryl will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son, Joshua Belisle and his wife Wendy of Hampton Falls, NH, daughter, Jaime Decareau and her husband Michael of Bethel, ME, brother, Fred DeBerardinis and his companion Marybeth Marsden of Kingston, NH, sister, June Thornton of North Andover, MA, loving companion, Doug Hauck of Hampstead, NH, sister-in-law, Paula DeBerardinis of Plaistow, NH, grandchildren, Travis and Levi Decareau, Hunter and Annah Belisle, Samuel and Lucas Shorten, nephews, Fred and Jason, niece, Rhonda, as well as many other nephews, nieces, and great nephews and nieces. Cheryl is predeceased by her brothers, Santino DeBerardinis and James DeBerardinis, sister, Charlene Phaneuf.
Her family would like to extend a sincere thank you for the wonderful care Cheryl received from the Rockingham Visiting Nurse Association and Hospice Care nurses and aids.
Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours from 5 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, October 21, 2020, at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH, following the guidelines of the State of New Hampshire for social distancing and the wearing of face masks in the funeral home. A Graveside Service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, October 22, 2020, in Oakdale Cemetery, 82 Maple St., Middleton, MA.
