Salem, NH: Charles F. Kemp, III, age 85, of Salem, NH and a former longtime resident of Haverhill, MA, died September 15, 2022 at High Pointe Hospice House in Haverhill.

Born in Haverhill, son of the late Charles F. Kemp, Jr and Doris (Simard) Kemp, he attended Saint Joseph Grammar School and was a member of the Haverhill Trade School Class of 1956.  Mr. Kemp had a long career in the furniture upholstery business and owned and operated Charlie's Upholstery from 1978 until 1998.

A member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill and the former Saint Joseph Parish, he was a big fan of the New England Patriots and "The Duke", and enjoyed watching John Wayne movies, playing Keno and completing 3-D puzzles.

He will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his wife Robin (Montisanti) Kemp, eight daughters, Drina Kemp and her significant other, Scott Vater of Plaistow, Diana Levis of Haverhill, Janet Kemp of Lowell, Patricia Poole of Sevierville, TN, Pamela Kemp of Haverhill, Katherine Schrow and her significant other Kenneth LaRhette, of Salem, NH, Jessica Johnson, of Plaistow, and Cynthia Kemp of Plaistow; twenty-four grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son Charles F. Kemp IV, two brothers Joseph Kemp and John Kemp, two sons-in-law, Timothy Poole and Theodore Kimball.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours to be held on Friday, September 23, 2022 from 10 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA.
