Derry, NH: Chad M. Leveille, 44, of Derry and formerly of Haverhill, MA, died on November 25, 2014 at Parkland Medical Center in Derry.

Raised and educated in Haverhill, MA, son of Joanne (Leveille) (McAlevey) Wain, he graduated from Whittier Vocation Technical High School with the Class of 1988.

Chad was most recently employed as a technician for J.P Pest Control in Milford, NH.

An avid Patriots and Bruins fan, Chad enjoyed reading, cooking, and taking walks. Known to all as a great guy, he was an accomplished guitarist and enjoyed heavy metal music.

He is survived by his daughter, Robyn Cortese, his mother, Joanne (Leveille) (McAlevey) Wain of Epping, NH, his brother, Todd M. McAlevey and his wife Monika of Worcester, MA, his nephew, Declan McAlevey, his love, Carolee Beauchesne of Derry, his two favorite aunts, Shirley Peters and Carolyn Leveille, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Tuesday, December 2, 2014 from 4 to 6 p.m. at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA.
