Celia Arroyo, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully with her family by her side June 27. She was 79.

Celia, a native of Puerto Rico, was raised in New York City, and later moved to Massachusetts. She raised her family and retired after a successful career.

She will be missed by her three children, seven grandchildren, one great-grandchild and cherished friends, all of whom loved her as much as she loved them.

Relatives and friends are invited to calling hours on Monday July 1, 2019 from 10 AM to 11 AM at All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Ave., Haverhill followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM in the church. Donations can be made in lieu of flowers to All Saints Catholic Parish in Haverhill.
