Carla F. (Gueli) Berube, 63, a lifelong resident of Haverhill, died unexpectedly, August 22, 2016 at her home, from natural causes.

Born and educated in Haverhill, daughter of the late Francis A. and Nella (Giolito) Gueli, she attended Haverhill Public Schools and was a member of the Haverhill High School Class of 1970.

Mrs. Berube was employed for forty-two years at New England Telephone and Verizon as an administrative assistant and dispatcher until her retirement. She was a member of the I.B.E.W. Local 2321, All Saints Parish and the former Saint Rita's Parish.

An avid reader, she enjoyed trips to Foxwoods, lunches "with the girls" and was a devoted grandmother to her only grandchild London and cherished the times that she spent with her.

She will be lovingly remembered and sadly missed by her son and daughter-in-law, Kevin P. and Kelly Berube and her granddaughter London Berube, all of Danville, NH, a brother and sister-in-law, Frank and Betty Gueli of Haverhill, a sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Don Semco of Milton, NH, two aunts, Molly Gueli and Julia Giolito, several cousins, nieces and nephews and her close friends, Janice, Carol, Barbara and Keith, with whom she shared many wonderful memories.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Carla's Life Celebration to be held on Friday, August 26, 2016 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Route 121A, Plaistow, NH. Her funeral will follow at 7:15 p.m. in the funeral home. A private family burial service will take place at a later date.
