Leominster: Caiden Michael Falcon, 13 months, of Leominster died on November 20, 2017 at his home, surrounded by his loving and supportive family, following a brave battle with cancer.

Born in Leominster he was the son of Eric Falcon and Ariana Hill and in addition to his parents, he will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his two sisters, Cata'Lya Hill and Ashlynn Hill, of Leominster, maternal grandmother Elizabeth Hill of Anson, ME, paternal grandparents Eppi Falcon and Rosemary Rivera, of Fitchburg, great-grandparents, Gene and Joanne (Ryan) Hamel, of Amesbury, and Larry Hill of Palm Bay, Florida, and many loving and supportive aunts, uncles and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to call on Sunday, November 26, 2017 from 2 to 4 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH. His funeral service will be private.
