Newton, NH: Brenda Jean Dailey, 63, a longtime resident of Newton, died March 14, 2016 at her home after a long period of declining health.
Born in Dayton, TN, daughter of the late Ray and Nancy (Fichera) Looney, she moved to Plaistow as a child where she was raised and educated, attending the Pollard School. She was a member of the Timberlane Regional High School Class of 1970.
Employed as an inspection controller at Raytheon for twenty-eight years, she was known as a kind and gentle soul and enjoyed gardening, painting in watercolors and feeding birds.
She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her son Scott L. Dailey of Sandown, and his companion Barbara Stambaugh of Ogunquit, ME, a sister Maureen McGee, and her dog and companion "Honey".
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Life Celebration to be held on Monday, March 21, 2016 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main ST., Plaistow.
