IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Bonnie M.
Marr
February 28, 1952 – September 22, 2023
Yvonne (Bonnie) Marr, 71, of Plaistow, NH, passed away unexpectedly in her home last week. Bonnie is the daughter of James and Roberta (Cronin) Davison. Bonnie was born in Beverly, MA, raised in Haverhill, MA, and spent the past 40 years raising her children and grandchildren in Plaistow, NH.
Bonnie leaves behind her two daughters, Kristy Marr and Melissa Marr, both of Plaistow and her four grandchildren, Sydney Peters, Chayce Marr, Gunnar Peters, and Callum Angelo. She also leaves behind her brother Jeff Davison of Haverhill, MA and her sister Joan Piantadosi of Pompano Beach, FL, nieces and nephews, Alex Davison, Casey Sice, Andrew Davison, and Amanda Robillon. Bonnie was married to her ex-husband, Gerald (Jerry) Marr, now of Boscawen, NH, together for 46 years and divorced in 2017. She is predeceased by her mother and father, brothers Jay and William Davison, and nephew, Adam Davison.
Bonnie attended Haverhill High School and graduated in the class of 1970. She earned her Associate's degree in Business from Northern Essex Community College in 1991. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Merrimack College in 1993 at the age of 41, graduating valedictorian of her class.
While her girls were young, Bonnie spent her time very much involved in their school activities and working many part-time jobs. Bonnie loved her work and was exceptionally good at it. She ended her career with Plastic Distributors & Fabricators (PDF) in Haverhill, MA. She continued to consult with them regularly until her passing.
Bonnie loved attending her grandchildren's sporting events and activities. Fall was her favorite season with all the fall family events. Christmas was her favorite holiday and absolutely loved all the traditions and decorating her home. Bonnie enjoyed being outside and took great pride in her flower gardens over the years, particularly her rose gardens, as this was something she loved very much. Bonnie also enjoyed spending quality time with her close friends.
Bonnie, "Mom," "Mem" (to her grandkids), died too soon and will be terribly missed. Memories with her will live on in our hearts forever.
