Barbara Ann Cole (Fleming) 58, Haverhill, MA, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, December 18, 2011, at her home. She was a longtime resident of Wellsburg, NY before relocating to Haverhill in 2010.

Barb was most recently employed by St. Joseph's Hospital, Elmira, NY as a nurse before retiring in 2004. She loved chatting to her friends online, shopping and spending time with her animals, family and friends. She was a Green Bay Packers and New York Yankees fan. Barb volunteered many hours of her life with the Boy Scouts of America - Troop 70.



Barb was predeceased by her husband of 31 years David Cole, Sr., her parents, George and Anna Fleming, and sister-in-law, Barbara Cole. She leaves her only son, David J. Cole. Jr. and his wife, Michelle of Rowley, MA. Sister Bonny Sunheimer and her husband, Robert, brother Robert Fleming and his wife, Kimberly, mother in law Genevieve Cole, brother in law Donald Cole and sister in law Joanne Manchester. Nieces include Julie Manchester, Kristin Sunheimer, Sarah Cole and Alison Cole. Nephews Brian Manchester and Mark Sunheimer as well as several aunts, uncles, and cousins. Dear friends Karen Brown and Charles (Buzz) Boston and Karen Leach Lawn. Beloved pets Molly and Rocky.

Due to Barb's wishes, there will be no viewing or funeral services. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
