Newton, NH: Barbara J. (Blaisdell) (Bisson) Perreault, 85, formerly of Newton and Fremont, NH and Haverhill, MA, died November 17, 2016 at Pleasant Valley Nursing Center in Derry, following a long illness.
Born, raised and educated in Haverhill, daughter of the late Wendell Blaisdell and Gertrude (LeBlanc) (Blaisdell) Fravoli, she attended the Tilton School and Haverhill High School. She was employed for thirty years as a winder at Western Electric CO., A T & T Technologies and Lucent Technolgies before her retirement in 1983.
She was a member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill and the Telephone Pioneers of America, and enjoyed crocheting and spending her winters in Port Richey, Florida for thirteen years.
She is survived by her husband of thirty-seven years, Edward R. Perreault, a son, Bruce Bisson and his wife, Martha of West Newbury, MA, three daughters, Maureen Bisson of Newton, Marie Johnson of Fremont, and Cynthia LaRoche of Nashua, two step children, Cynthia Micale and her husband, Michael of Winchester, MA and Alan E. Perreault of Florida, a sister and brother-in-law, Jane and Peter Carter of Merrimac, four grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Arthur and Richard Blaisdell.
Relatives and friends are invited to her Mass of Christian Burial to be held on Tuesday, November 22, 2016, at 12:00 p.m. in All Saints Church, 120 Bellevue Avenue, Haverhill. Burial will follow in Linwood Cemetery, Haverhill. Arrangements are under the direction of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main Street, Plaistow, NH.
