Arthur E. Storey III, age 68, a resident of East Hampstead, NH, died on Monday, August 5, 2024 at Edgewood Center in Portsmouth, NH surrounded by his loving family after a long battle with Parkinson's Disease.  He was the beloved husband of Linda (Desler) Storey with whom he shared 35 years of marriage.

He was born in Haverhill, MA on November 19, 1955 and was the son of the late Arthur E. Jr and Nancy (Sirrell) Storey.

Arthur was raised and educated in Danville, NH and was a graduate of Timberlane High School, Class of 1973. He proudly served his country by enlisting in the United States Army as an MP. Arthur was employed in many positions at Sears Roebuck for twenty years. He later drove freight for UPS for six years until his retirement. Arthur enjoyed golf, fishing, reading and fixing things.  Art loved his family and spending time with his grandchildren and friends.  He was a long-time parishioner of St. Anne's Parish in Hampstead, NH and a member of the American Legion, post 115 in Danville.

Besides his wife he is survived by a daughter Tammy Storey of Goffstown, NH, his stepsons Richard Outridge of Annapolis, MD, and Steven Outridge and his wife Kelly of Tucson, AZ, his sister Cindy Storey of Kingston, NH, and six grandchildren Emily Kees and her husband Cole, Clark Outridge, Christine Outridge, and Brianna, Jacob and Matthew Barger, and multiple cousins, nieces and nephews.

He was sadly predeceased by his brother Christopher Storey.

Family and friends are invited to attend calling hours on Thursday, August 15, 2024 from 4pm – 7pm at the Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home 116 Main St. Plaistow, NH. His funeral service and interment will be held privately. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation for Parkinson's research.
