Anna Marie
Lambert
May 7, 1935 – November 30, 2021
Haverhill: Anna Marie Lambert 86, longtime resident of Haverhill, passed away Tuesday, November 30, 2021 in Tucson, Arizona.
Born in El Paso, Texas, daughter of the late Jesus and Cecilia (Ramirez) Marquez, she graduated from St. Joseph's Academy High School in El Paso, Tx in 1953. She worked as a bilingual teacher's aid for the Haverhill School system for five years. She later went on to work for Lucent Technologies for twenty-five years as an inspector.
Anna and her late husband enjoyed splitting their time between their two homes, following the summer weather and building longtime friendships in the twenty-five years living in the Tucson Estates community. She was an active member of the crafting group and often volunteered her time and beautiful creations to the craft fairs. While home in Haverhill, she enjoyed fresh seafood with her husband at Herb's and tending to their garden.
She was a member of All Saints Parish of Haverhill, the former Saint Joseph Parish and the Parish Choir.
Anna enjoyed gardening and cultivating the delicious citrus fruits from her Tuscan home. She also enjoyed sewing and in her earlier years crafting braided rugs. Above all family was most important to her. She adored her grandchildren and great-grandchildren and loved spending time with them. She looked forward to making "fruity" concoctions from fresh squeezed home grown citrus, homemade frozen treats. Her afternoon story time readings will be treasured and dearly missed by her great-grandchildren.
Anna is survived by her daughter, Gloria Cromer of Plaistow; three sons, Paul Lambert and his wife, Peggy of Haverhill, George Lambert and his wife, Patricia of Haverhill and Michael Lambert of Maine; two sisters-in-law, Elaine Schimming of Amesbury, and Nancy Cote of Haverhill; six grandchildren, Ryan, Jacquelyn, Amanda, Brandyn, Mary and Steven; four great-grandchildren, Javier, Julian, Trinity and Charlotte and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her loving husband of 55 years, Edmond A. Lambert Jr. in 2011 and her grand-daughter, Tia Lambert in 1986.
