Methuen: Anita F. Gaiero, 86, a resident of Methuen, MA, and formerly of Haverhill, died Monday, November 2, 2020, at Massachusetts General Hospital.

Born and raised in the Bradford section of Haverhill she was the daughter of the late Francis and Adeline (Mortola) Gaiero. She attended Sacred Hearts Grammar School and St. James High School, graduating with the class of 1952. She went on to attend Regis College, and Suffolk Law School.

Anita owned and operated "Plumsteads" in Newburyport where she brought her passion for crafting and creativity to life. She was an avid reader, enjoyed politics, history and traveling.

She is survived by two brothers; Francis E. "Frank" Gaiero, Jr. of Bradford, MA, Richard J. Gaiero and his wife Christine of Seabrook, NH., and a sister, Gloria M. Gaiero of Tewksbury, MA. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
