Haverhill, MA: Angel Luis Pantoja, 74, of Haverhill, MA, died peacefully at his daughter's home, surrounded by his loving family, on Monday, November 9, 2020.

Born in San Juan, Puerto Rico, August 21, 1946, he was the son of the late Jose and Maria (Burgos) Pantoja. For many years he worked as a maintenance supervisor for some of the best companies in the Merrimack Valley.

Some of Angel's most treasured times were camping and fishing in the White Mountains with his family. He also enjoyed sitting back with a good smoke and listing to all kinds of Latin jazz.

Angel will be sadly missed and most lovingly remembered by his dear wife, Nilda (Surita) Pantoja, of Haverhill, MA, sons, Luis Pantoja-Santiago and his wife Caroline of Arlington, VA, Peter Pantoja and his longtime girlfriend Debra Digiacomo of Queens, NY, Anthony Pantoja and his wife Dewi of Orcutt, CA, daughters, Lisa Pantoja of Fredericksburg, VA, Debra Pantoja of Middleburg, FL, Yvette Pantoja and her boyfriend Pablito Rentas of Fitchburg, MA, brothers, Francisco Pantoja of Haverhill, MA, Efrain Pantoja of Haverhill, MA, sister, Carmen Pantoja of Newark, NJ, grandchildren, Anna, Camille, Ryan, Ilias, Jacob, Aubrey, Ivette, Jose, Isiah, Angel, Joseph, Jayden, Sophia, Gabriel, Ali, Pablito, Divina, Yania, eight great grandchildren, as well as many nephews and nieces. Angel was predeceased by his sister, Elizabeth Nazario.

Relatives and friends may visit from 10:30 am to 11:30 am on Friday, November 13, 2020, at Berube-Comeau Funeral Home, 47 Broadway, Haverhill, MA, following the guidelines of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts for social distancing and the wearing of face masks in the funeral home at all times. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 12 pm in Sacred Hearts Parish, 165 S Main St, Haverhill, MA.
