Epping, NH: Amy B. (Chassion) Hunt, 50, of Epping, died suddenly at home on Saturday May 9, 2020.

Born in Methuen, MA, she was the daughter of Irene (Hart) Chaisson and the late Robert J. Chaisson. Amy attended North Andover High School, Essex Agricultural and Technical High School, and Hesser College, where she received a degree as a medical assistant.

She worked for eleven years as a dog groomer at Happy Tails in Andover before working at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center in Concord, NH as a medical assistant.

Amy loved animals, especially her dogs, but more than anything else she loved her family and adored her grandchildren. She was a very selfless person, always going out of her way to help others. As a diehard sports fan Amy enjoyed watching the Bruins, Patriots, and Red Sox.

She will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Robert Hunt of Epping, NH, son, Christopher George of Concord, NH, daughters, Ilana Gilman of Chelmsford, MA, and Cassandra George of Franklin, NH, brothers, Robert Chaisson of Danville, NH, and Russ Chaisson and his significant other, Kim Keaton of Manchester, NH, grandchildren, Jerimiah George, Aurora O'Brien, and Keegan Gilman, step-daughters, Tiffany Taylor of Somersworth, NH, and Monique Hunt of Virginia, mother-in-law, Delores Hunt of New York City, as well as several uncles and aunts. She was predeceased by her granddaughter, Aalyiah O'Brien.
