Kingston – Amelia A. Rock, 68, passed away Thursday August 10, 2023, at her home surrounded by her family, following a period of failing health.

Born July 29, 1955, in Orange, NJ, she was the daughter of the late George and Mary Elizabeth (Connor) Farney.

Amelia earned her bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of New Hampshire and worked in the nursing field for many years. In her free time, she loved gardening, she was a lover of all animals, especially birds, and her pets.

Members of her family include her husband of 38 years Richard M. Rock, Sr. of Kingston, NH; her children James K. Cowdery of Kingston, NH; Tiffany E. Rock and husband Daniel Six of Woodstock, ME; and Richard M. Rock, Jr. of Kingston, NH; and her granddaughter Nora Rose Six of Woodstock, ME.

Family and friends may visit Friday August 18, 2023, from 2PM to 5PM at the Brookside Chapel and Funeral Home, 116 Main St. Plaistow, NH.
