Haverhill, MA:  Alan Wilkin, 62, of Haverhill, MA, died on April 13, 2022 at home.

Born in Worcester, MA, the son of the late Walter and Helen E. (Kay) Wilkin, he was raised and educated in Auburn, MA.   Alan attended Auburn High School and graduated with the Class of 1977.  He was a self-employed florist and the owner of Flowers by Al in Worcester, MA.

Alan was a member of the United Methodist Church, Haverhill, MA.  He loved creating floral arrangements, traveling, playing bingo and painting.

Alan will be sadly missed by his brother and sister-in-law, Doug and Barbara Wilkin of Plaistow, NH and two sisters, Jayne Wilkin of Sandwich, MA and Susan Wernholm of Holden, MA.  He was pre-deceased by a brother, Glen Wilkin.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.  Arrangements are under the direction of Brookside Chapel & Funeral Home, 116 Main St., Plaistow, NH.
